The Origins of Gielinor
Next week, we will see the release of the long-awaited "The World Wakes" grandmaster quest. For the first time, you will be able to see Guthix himself and the history of Gielinor in a marvelous motion comic. It will give you some more insight into the storyline of next week's quest.

I was digging around earlier today and actually managed to find an old backup which is from right around the time of the Old School RS servers. I know interest has been rather high among a number of players and figured I would see how much effort it would take to integrate that old content with our current site. I started with the Quest Guides.
You can now view our Old School RS Quest Guides by visiting our website, hovering over "Guides" in the navigation, and clicking "Old School Quests."
Please note that images may or may not exist, and even if they do exist, it might be of a more recent version than existed back then. This is due to how we've progressed as a website over the years. The same is true for the content of the guides; some of them are from early 2008, so it may discuss content that doesn't exist in the Old School servers.
It is unclear to us at this time how much support we want to give to the Old School RS people in our community, so at this time we aren't going to be going out and updating the guides ourselves. If you want to help update a quest guide, you are free to post in the Submissions board and we'll edit the quest as needed, but otherwise it will remain as it looks now.
I have checked and we do have backups of most, if not all, of our information from around this same time period. If the interest is high, we can consider spending time to get all that content back up, but it's really up to all of you to let us know if it's worth it. Would you really use it if we added it?
There are two ways to show your interest level in our old school content. The first is to vote in our poll (look to the right!) stating which game you'll end up playing. The second option, and one I'll give greater weight to, is by joining our Community Forums and making a post in the Old School RS Discussion Topic.
