1. Teleport to Christmas Village and walk West to the combat arena. Here you will find the Queen of Snow on a platform along the Northern side of the path. Click her and choose “Yes” to begin the quest. You will find the scene has changed slightly so that the Queen of Snow and the Head Snow Imp are now on the ground in front of you and there are no longer others wandering around the area. Click either one of them and you will overhear them discussing the new arena. After a bit of discussion, you will be asked to become an imp-parcel observer. Choose whichever option you see fit and accept the quest.

2. The three of you will move to the middle of the arena and you will be told of the immortality of the snowmen due to the nature of the Land of Snow. When the backstory of the Snow Tournament has been given, you will then be presented with the 3 styles of snowmen.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on each of the snow men and inspect them from head to toe. It doesn’t matter which one you do first nor what order you examine them in, but you must check all 3 snowmen completely.
   
   
   
   
4. Once they have been checked over, speak to the Queen of Snow again. She will inquire if you see their imperfections, but you and the Head Snow Imp will state that they look good enough to both of you. The Head Snow Imp will scamper off leaving you alone with the Queen.
   
   
   
   
5. With the imp gone, the Snow Queen will lend you her “External locus of evaluation” in hopes that it will help you see the imperfections she sees. Inspect each of the snowmen again and you will see the flaws she has been ranting about. You will tell her that while you do see their flaws, you don’t see the problem since the fun is making them not their perfection. The Queen will confide in you the pressure she has been feeling and her desire to life up to her expectations. Proceed through all of the chat options and the two of you will ultimately come to the conclusion that maybe she just needs to work with better ingredients.
   
   
   
   
6. The Queen will lend you her Enchanted chisel and ask you to bring her a perfect carrot, two perfect branches, and five perfect lumps of coal. Run toward the East and click the quest portal icon to fully leave the area. Note that you CAN speak to the head imp to fill him in on the current state of affairs and to learn where to get branches and carrots, but we're going to tell you so it's not necessary.
   
   
   
   
7. Now in the man Christmas Village area, head farther East to Diango’s Workshop. Just outside, cut any of the nearby fir trees. For each successful chop, you will get Fir logs and a branch. Keep collecting until you have obtained 10 branches. Use the chisel on any of the branches and you can create 2 ‘perfect’ branches.
   
   Note that you can choose to split and turn in the logs you get, burn them, or dispose of them in any other manner of your choice as they are not needed.
   
   
   
   
8. Along the South Western wall of the workshop, next to the trough is a bucket. Click it 20 times to get just as many carrots from it. Use the chisel on them to create a ‘Perfect’ carrot.
   
   
   
   
9. Head to your bank, any furnace for your metal bank, or a Coal rock and obtain 25 Coal. With all of them in your inventory, use the chisel on one to create five ‘Perfect’ coal.
   
   
   
   
10. With the perfect items in your inventory, make your way back to the arena and click on the Queen of snow to re-enter the instanced area. Once inside, step over to her on the little hill and she will take your perfect items before asking you to now help her create the perfect snowman body.
    
    
    
    
11. In the area around you, you will spot 3 piles of snow. These must now be rolled to the specified spot in front of the queen and must be the perfect size. Each push of the snowball will have it increase in size ranging from:
    0. Tiny (fresh from the pile)
    1. Very small
    2. Small
    3. Fairly small
    4. Below average
    5. Average
    6. Above average
    7. Slightly large
    8. Large
    9. Very large
    10. Enormous
    
    Once the snowball is the largest size (10 pushes) you will not be able to push it any farther. You can break the snowball down before it reaches maximum size to help it reach the designated spot at the correct size. Additionally, the snowballs cannot be pushed diagonally.
    
    Snowballs can start from ANY of the 3 locations, but will need to be created in order: Torso (8 pushes – Large), Bottom (10 pushes – Enormous), and head (5 pushes – Average). If you leave at any point, any correctly placed snowballs will remain and you can continue with the next requested size. If your sizing is a bit off when you reach the top of the hill (near the designated spots), try just pushing the snowball back and forth until you land on the area with the correct size.

12. With the snowballs gathered as requested, the Queen of Snow will now create the snowman from all of the perfect components only to find she has created a monster. Snowverload will begin to criticize her and you will be required to respond with the correct phrase to cause him to shrink. Phrases are:
    • "She deserves support. Not judgement." – choice 3
    • "You taught her to feel ashamed for having needs." – choice 1
    • "You made her this way." – choice 3
    • Choose any option
    
    
    
13. In the end, he will shrink down to a “cute little creature” that is relatively harmless and begin to roll around the area. The Head Snow Imp will now return and inquire if he missed anything. Respond as you see fit and the quest will wrap up with the Queen reflecting on her obsession for perfection before telling you to enjoy the festivities and rewarding you.
