This poor Ga'al's attempt to become invisible went wrong. He couldn't make himself visible again, and as such players must find a way to find and help him. Invisible stones... sounds like a job for the Ring of stone and Ring of visibility.

You cannot find TzHaar-Ga'al-Kot in the TokHaar Fight Cauldron until after completing the Wandering Ga'al miniquest. Once you do, talking to him reveals some interesting lore regarding Jas and Ful.
