Thok is the master of Dungeoneering and and will sell you the Dungeoneering cape and Dungeoneering hood for 99,000 gold coins when you've achieved level 99. He will also sell you the Dungeoneering master cape for 120,000 gold coins when you've achieved level 120.
If you have unlocked Hard Mode Dungeoneering through completion of the Elite Daemonheim Tasks, then you can use Thok to check which floors you have left to complete to unlock the 'of Daemonheim' title.
During Desperate Times, Thok insists on joining in the adventure.
In Desperate Measures, Thok works with Charos and Hannibus to stop Kerapac.
