Miscellaneous Information:
Fortress guards play the following roles in these quests:
  • The Death of Chivalry, you will need to convince the guard near the gate to allow you to enter the Fortress.
  • Curse of the Black Stone, they are questioned about Tessa's whereabouts and prove to be only somewhat helpful.
Whether on quest or not, the guard at the entrance gate will not permit you to enter if you are not wearing an appropriate disguise. They will then give you a description of what you can wear for entrance.
