Once just known as a "Seaman", with the addition of Visions of Havenhythe, Lorris was promoted to captain. During the quest, he will help transport you to Havenhythe for the first time.
He can transport you to Musa Point. The normal cost to travel there is 30 gold coins. However, there are 2 exceptions. If you are a member and you are wearing Karamja 3 gloves , it will cost you 15 gold coins. Or if you are a member and are wearing a Ring of charos, you will be able to travel to Musa Point for free.
