Speak to Kangai Mau.
  1. Talk to Kangai Mau in the house north of Brimhaven's Shrimp and Parrot pub. He will tell you that his tribe's Totem was stolen by Lord Handelmort.

    Step 1

  2. Leave the island for East Ardougne. Just west of the market you will find a mansion with a fenced garden. There, talk to Horacio, Lord Handelmort's gardener, and ask him about the security system of the house. He will tell you that the combination to the door lock is Lord Handelmort's middle name.

    Step 2

  3. Pay Wizard Cromperty a visit at the house northeast of East Ardougne's market square. Talk to him and ask him about his latest invention, then where the other block is. Finally, to talk him once more and ask him to teleport you. You will be teleported to the RPDT Depot.

    Step 3

  4. Once at the RPDT Depot, investigate the crates until you find one labeled to be delivered to Lord Handelmort's Mansion. You will carefully peel an Address label off the crate. Use this label on the crate coming from the Wizards' Tower, which is meant to be delivered to Wizard Cromperty. Afterwards, ask one the RPDT employees and ask them to deliver the crates.

    Step 4

  5. Head northwest to Ardougne's Estate agent's house, and pick up the Guide book from the table. Read this book to find out Lord Handelmort's name.

    Step 5

  6. Go back to Wizard Cromperty and talk to him once again about his latest invention. Ask him again to teleport you. This time you will be teleported inside Lord Handelmort's mansion.

  7. Try to open the door directly west of you. You will need to enter a combination. The password is K U R T. If you entered the code correctly, the door will open. Investigate the stairs to discover the trap, and go up to the second floor.

    Note: If you step onto the stairs and forget to investigate it for traps, you will end up in the Ardougne sewers. Simply go up the ladder to your south and you will appear just outside of the Mansion. Head back to Wizard Cromperty and ask him to teleport you again.

  8. Open and search the chest in the room directly to the east of you to find the Totem.

  9. Return to Kangai Mau to claim your reward.
