Speak to Fred the Farmer in his farmhouse next to the sheep pen north of Lumbridge Castle.

Fred will ask you to bring him 20 balls of wool. Pick up the shears from the table in the house.

Head to the sheep pen outside. Shear 20 sheep and you will get 20 pieces of wool.

Go to Lumbridge Castle and climb to the second floor. Use the wool on the spinning wheel there to the make balls of wool.

Take the balls of wool back to Fred to receive your reward.
