Wormbrain is a goblin imprisoned in Port Sarim jail for the murder of a Crandorian mage called Lozar. During Dragon Slayer you'll need to obtain Lozar's Map part from Wormbrain to complete the Crandor map and you can do this either by paying him 10,000gp or killing him using Ranged or Mage and casting Telekenetic grab on the Map part he drops.
