Travel to the Wizards' Guild, in the center of Yanille. Ring the bell outside of the guild's east entrance and Zavistic Rarve will appear. Speak with him about a rather sandy problem you would like to palm off on him and you will give him the Hand. He will reward you if you bring him the rest of the missing body parts.
Note: The easiest way to reach Yanille is by using the Yanille lodestone or the Watchtower teleport spell (requires 58 Magic and completion of the Watchtower quest).
Return to the Jade vine maze on Karamja, that you discovered during the Back to my Roots quest, and kill the creatures inside until you receive a Torso, Foot, Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg, and a Right Leg.
Note: The easiest way to reach the maze is by using the Karamja lodestone and running southeast, or by teleporting to the nearby Nature Altar using the Wicked hood.
When you have the body parts, take them to Zavistic Rarve and he will ask you to find proof of Sandy's involvement. Accept his offer to teleport you to Sandy's Shop in Brimhaven. Once there, search the table and pick up Sandy's Diary. Unlock it and read the Unlocked diary to find the evidence you need.
Note: If you fail to unlock it, you will be dealt a lot of damage, leaving you with only 50 Life points.
Report back to Zavistic Rarve and he will start the burial of Clarence
