The easiest way to get to the dungeon is to use a Spirit Tree and choose the option "Poison Waste" which is only available as an option once you have cured the Spirit Tree of its disconnection from the Anima Mundi during the Path of Glouphrie quest. Go west of the Spirit tree and a little south and find the large opening in the rock face. You can also use a Ring of Dueling to teleport to Castle Wars arena and then go southwest to get to the area.

Beware of the tar on the floor in the sewers, avoid it if you can. If you fail to avoid it you will be stuck for a second, leaving monsters time to attack you. If you are running at the time, your run energy will be changed to walk and running must be re-activated.
