Taken from the Motherlode Maw inside the Edimmu Resource Dungeon (requires 115 Dungeoneering and at least level 95 in all skills);
Obtained from Wythien in exchange for 10 Crystal motherlode shards or an Unfocused reward enhancer; Obtained from a trunk within the Temple of Aminishi Elite Dungeon after partial completion of Curse of the Black Stone; Purchased from Bryll.

Used to obtain a random even reward in your Player-Owned Port.
Notes:
This reward enhancer starts with 5 charges and 1 charge is used each time you receive a reward.
If obtained by exchanging an Unfocused reward enhancer with Wythien, the enhancer will have only 3 charges.
If you are given a reward that you already have maxed, your enhancer will still consume a charge but you will receive no reward.
It should be noted that the chance of obtaining one of these from both the Motherlode Maw and giving Wythien 10 Crystal motherlode shards is random and you may receive various other rewards instead. Both methods can also only be used once per day.
