Item Uses:
Worn for protection; worn to add 30 seconds onto your Tears of Guthix time; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes:
This item is made by using the Quest point hood with the Quest point cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Wise Old Man for 99,000 gold coins when you have completed all available quests.

When worn, you can do the special Quest point skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.

This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to the Wise Old Man, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.

This cape will unequip itself once a new quest comes out placing itself in your inventory. If there isn't any room, it will be in your bank. If there isn't any room in your bank, you can get it from the Wise Old Man back for free.
