Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Agility level by 1; worn to provide a chance of being awarded double tickets at the Brimhaven Agility Arena; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes:
This item is made by using the Agility hood with the Agility cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Cap'n Izzy No-Beard, when you achieve 99 Agility, for 99,000 gold coins.
When worn, you can do the special Agility skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
