Worn for protection; This necklace has an effect similar to the Blood necklace
found while Dungeoneering
in that it has a 1/3 chance to hit 400-600 on your target and heal you for the same amount whenever you deal or are dealt damage in combat. It is also able to hit up to 8 targets around you for 200-300 damage each, up to a maximum of 1,200 each time the effect activates.
Made by combining a Brawler's knockout necklace
with a Blood necklace shard
This necklace loses charges over 10 hours of combat, after which the special effect will no longer activate until it is recharged. To recharge it from 0-100%, you must use 3,000 Blood runes
on it, or 30 Blood runes
per 1%. This cost can be reduced by 20% to 2,400 or 24 Blood runes
by recharging it inside Drakan's crypt found south of the Burgh de Rott
bank (requires partial completion of The Branches of Darkmeyer
. Alternatively, you can also recharge it on an Armour Stand in a Player-owned House for 5,000gp per 1%.
The energy from this necklace is channelled into melee power. It has blood necklace capabilities.
