Notes:
This item can only be made by using a Basiliskbane bar on the Kethsian anvil. An anvil is found on the Western side of Mount Firewake, in Kethsi; quickly accessed via the World Gate. A second anvil is accessed by using Fairy code D-I-R then A-K-S. You will need to go up the ramp, jump across the space to the West, then cross the fallen spire to reach this anvil.
