To Start:
Talk to King Arthur.
Instructions:
  1. Talk to King Arthur on the first floor of Camelot Castle. He will ask to go on a quest to retrieve the Holy grail and will tell you that for more details you should talk to Merlin.

  2. Go up the stairs to your west to the second floor. Enter the small room to the east and talk to Merlin. He will tell about a holy island and about Sir Galahad, who lives west of McGrubor's woods.

  3. Unequip and bank all combat related items and make your way Port Sarim. Talk to one of the Monks of Entrana to take a boat to Entrana. Once there, head east into the church and talk to the High Priest. Tell him that you are interested in finding the Holy grail. A strange woman, called Crone, will interrupt and talk to you about the Fisher King. She will tell you that the Fisher King is in pain and that you must blow the whistle where all six heads point to. Ask her about the Magic whistle and about how to obtain it.

  4. Go back to Camelot and head west. Directly west of McGrubor's wood, you will find Galahad at this house. Talk to him and he will tell you about how he once found the Holy grail by accident, but did not take it back to Camelot because it did not feel right. Talk to him once more and ask him for an item for the realm of the Fisher King. He will give you a Holy table napkin. On your way out, he will also hand you a Cup of tea.

    Note: The easiest way to get to Camelot is via the Lodestone Network home teleport spell.

  5. Head to Draynor Manor, located directly north of Draynor Village. Go up the stairs to the second floor and then climb the ladder to the top floor and enter the room to your south. Pick up two Magic whistles from the table, as you will need a second whistle later on in the quest.

    Note: You must have the Holy table napkin in your inventory or you will not be able to see the Magic whistle. The easiest way to reach Draynor Manor is via the Lodestone Network home teleport spell.

  6. Now prepare yourself for battle, be sure to have the Excalibur sword. Make your way to Brimhaven. Once there, head west to a small peninsula. Walk past the level 49 Poison Scorpions and then north past the horseshoe gold mine until you reach a platform on stilts. Stand under it and blow the Magic whistle.

    Note: The easiest way to get to Brimhaven is via the Karamja lodestone home teleport or an Amulet of glory teleport to Karamja. Alternatively, you may also charter a ship from Catherby to Brimhaven for 480 Coins

  7. You will appear in the Fisher King's realm. Head west and talk to the Black Knight Titan. In order to pass him, you must fight and kill him. Turn on Protect from Melee and attack him. You may use any weapon against the titan, but you have to deal the final blow with the Excalibur.

  8. Cross the bridge and walk southeast to the Fisherman. Ask the fisherman how to get inside of the castle. He will tell you to ring a bell.

  9. Head west to the ruins of a castle. Pick up the Grail bell, lying outside of its northern wall, and ring it. A Grail Maiden will bring you into the castle. Climb up the central staircase and past a set of doors to the east. Speak to the Fisher King and tell him he doesn't look well. He will ask you to find his son Percival, a knight of the Round Table, and to return him to his father's castle.

  10. Leave the realm using the Magic whistle and return to Camelot. Once there, talk to King Arthur and ask him about a knight called Percival. He will give you a Magic gold feather that will guide you to the place where you will find Sir Percival.

    Note: The easiest way to get to Camelot is via the Lodestone Network home teleport spell.

  11. Blow on to Magic gold feather find out in which direction you have to go to find Sir Percival. To make it easier for you, simply head to the Goblin Village, north of Falador. Enter the small hut to east of the center of the village. Prod the sacks and then open them. Sir Percival will escape and tell you that he was captured by some goblins. Eventually, you will give him your spare Magic whistle. He will use it to re-enter his father's realm and tell you to meet him there.

    Note: The easiest way to reach the Goblin Village, is via the Lodestone Network home teleport spell.

  12. Return to the Fisher King's realm. You will see that the countryside is green and growing again and that the Black Knight Titan is gone. Enter the castle through the large doors and go up the central staircase to find that Percival is now king. Talk to him to receive his thanks.

    Note: The easiest way to get to Brimhaven is via the Karamja lodestone home teleport or an Amulet of glory teleport to Karamja. Alternatively, you may also charter a ship from Port Sarim to Brimhaven for 1600 Coins.

  13. Descend down the central staircase and make your way up to the top floor of the eastern tower. Pick up the Holy grail from the table.

  14. Go back to Camelot and talk to King Arthur to receive your reward.
