This ring was once lost by Gregg 'Groggy' Herring in a fit of rage. Once he lost the gift, from an unrequited love, he immediately regretted the loss and began to drink away his sorrow. Even after returning the ring, he will continue to drink, though at least it is now for happier reasons.
