Note that if you enter the encounter as a duo or trio, one of the people can use a Deathtouched dart so the others (using Necromancy) will obtain the drop. The person using the Deathtouched dart will NOT obtain the drop so you may need to take multiple trips if everyone needs the drop.
Will not drop in story mode.
Item will be in the chest if auto-pickup is enabled.
