In order to obtain this item, you will need to use the Ankou agitator on normal Ankou (level 60, 61, 63) in Stronghold of Security, the Wilderness Crater, or in the Sunken Pyramid (Player-Owned Dungeon) which are not attacking. Once hit by the agitator, it will cry out and attack you. These are then to be killed using Necromancy until a larger Ankou appears.
