To the southeast of Canifis, in the Haunted Woods, is a fairy ring. South of the fairy ring, you will find a tree decorated with skulls. Fangs is under this tree.

Upon obtaining the plushie, you may squeeze it for a Shiny columbarium key, or turn it and the other 12 plushies, for a total of 13 plushies, in to Lex. Either way is possible to complete the miniquest.
