Notes:
This item gives either double experience and no resources, or double resources and no experience while cutting logs. Upon activation, the tool will receive 100 charges; activating an Dwarven chainaxe (inactive) before these charges are used up will add an additional 100 charges. If charges reach 0, this item will be destroyed. Double exp and double resources can be toggled by right clicking the tool and selecting change mode. A unique skilling animation is displayed while using this item.
