Notes:
When you try to enter the meeting room, you will be asked if you wish to start a private meeting. Answering in the positive supplies you with this Master invitation and a message stating you have 15 minutes before it expires. Using it on players while it is active gives them an invitation and the ability to enter the meeting you have set up.
The scroll reads:
"Citadel Meeting Room
You have organised a private meeting in your clan's citadel.
Use this invitation on other players to invite them.
The invitation will expire in X minutes, or if the citadel is recreated."
