Chuck the Polar bear is helping Larry spy on the penguins. At the end of the Hunt for Red Raktuber quest, he brings you back to the Ardougne Zoo from an island south of Crash Island. After the quest, Larry is off spying on penguins, so Chuck takes over Larry's job in transforming you into a penguin and cashing in your penguin points in the Penguin Hide And Seek Distractions and Diversions.
