Strategies:
Level 37 Slayer is required to kill this monster. You must wear Insulated boots, otherwise you will die very quickly (because of the thunder clouds). It has a ball form and a form with arms and legs that it will change into if you attack it.
Though its attacks are random, here are some possible ways it can attack you:

If you attack it from far away, you will get attacked with range.
If you attack it from close up, you will be attacked with melee.

Wearing dragonhide armor will also reduce the amount of damage you receive. While on the storm cloud you cannot place a dwarf cannon.
