Notes:
The Unleash effect can only be used once a day and only lasts for 2-3 minutes. When read you will be given the option to read Char's Journal or the Firemaker's Guide. The Firemaker's guide will give you several hints about training Firemaking in Char's Training Cave, west of the Tree Gnome Stronghold (require 91 Firemaking). If lost or destroyed, it can be retrieve by talking to Char at the Training Cave.
