Item Uses:
When equipped or operated, temporarily boosts Fletching 1 level.
Notes:
Can be purchased when you achieve 99 Fletching, for 99k. If you don't have any other Skillcapes when you purchase the Fletching cape, then it will not become trimmed until you purchase a second skillcape. When worn, you can do the special Fletching skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the item effect. Can be placed inside your cape rack in your Costume room. If lost or destroyed, you need to go back to the Hickton to retrieve and pay 99k again.
