When equipped or operated, temporarily boosts Fletching 1 level.
Notes:
Skill cape emote (found in emotes tab): A log appears in front of you, you fletch the log until it is in the shape of a bow. Producing string from your hand, you string the bow and hold it triumphantly in front of you (emote can be done on Free to Play). Item effect of Temporary level boost to 100 has no wait time. Can be placed on the Cape Rack in your costume room. When bought this item comes with a Fletching Hood. If lost or destroyed you will have to re-visit Hickton and pay another 99k to replace it.
