St Squiggy : (09:28 PM) I was getting a PS4 anyways, never owned an XBox XD
Shaleclaw : (09:25 PM) Still wouldn't buy an Xbox One on principle that they still tried to make a huge money grab from their players.
Nofu : (08:52 PM) I was always buying the Xbox one. This just makes it sweeter. True fan <3
Mega Man : (08:24 PM) They were losing money on it because for every 2 xbox ones being preordered, there were 3 Ps4's being preordered.
Amoa : (08:21 PM) It seems someone at Microsoft see the reaction of fans at the Sony E3 press conference. Huge changes for Xbox One announced today: No more constant online connection required, no limits at all to sharing games, and no region lock on consoles. http://news.xbox.com/2013/06/update

I'm trying to get my range up as much as I can for pking later on when I have everything I want done, but it's been preety slow so far.

I'm 28 range, and I can't really find what monster's to train on that will give preety good and fast xp for my level. So if someone could give me a list of what level to what level to train on what monster.

Any help is much appreciated! :)

CANNONS.  BOOOOOOOOOM.

Okay, seriously.  Try Slaying, and getting tasks from Slayer Masters.  They tend to coordinate with your level and set you up with a monster that goes along with your skill levels; however, that doesn't always mean the monster you get assigned to will be weak to Range.

The strongest weapon you can use, at level 28, is a Willow bow, or a Black Crossbow.   Remember the combat triangle: Melee is weak to Magic.  Range is weak to Melee.  And Magic is weakest against Range.  Your best bet will be against foes whose main source of attacking is Magic.  Like Wizards, etc.  A few attackable wizards can be found south of Varrock.

Also, some quick and easy XP can be found inside the Circus, a weekly D&D.

Best of luck!

Kate.

I forgot to mention, I'm F2P. So I sadly can't do slaying.

You should use the best shortbow available to you and I'd suggest iron arrows, perhaps move on to steel at higher levels. Don't forget ranged armour!

Perhaps going to the stronghold of security and training on minotaurs is a good idea. They'll drop iron arrows so you'll never run out! Although they attack with melee and are not weak to ranged at all, there are safespots...

Another good option is training at the monks in edgeville, if you are low on health, they can heal you :)

If you have enough money and you've trained up to 40+, perhaps you should visit the lesser demons (either at the wizards tower or karamja dungeon). These are weak to ranged, even though their primary weakness is bolts. Bring food though!
