Start by talking to Hassan in the throne room of Al Kharid palace and ask if you can help him, after which he'll tell you to talk to Osman outside the palace for instructions.

Talk to Osman and he'll tell you that Prince Ali is being held captive by Lady Keli and that there are two things you need to do to rescue him. Ask him what these are and he'll tell you that you need to tie up Lady Keli and then disguise Prince Ali using a pink skirt, blonde wig and makeup, allowing him to escape without rousing suspicion. You'll also need to obtain a copy of the key to the prince's cell by having Lady Keli show you it and using soft clay to make a mould. He'll then tell you to talk to his daughter, Leela in Draynor Village as she's found where they're keeping the prince locked up.

Find Leela just south of the wheat field next to Draynor Village and ask her about making the disguise and the key. She'll then suggest where to find any items you still need.

Talk to Ned in his house just west of Leela and ask him about making things from wool and then suggest the wig. He'll ask for 3 Balls of wool in return for making the wig, which you should the give him now to obtain a Wig. If you need Rope, then you can give him 4 more Balls of wool, or buy a length from him for 18gp.

Now talk to Aggie in her house west of Ned and ask her about making skin paste. She'll tell you that she can make some in return for a Pot of flour, Redberries, Ashes, and a Bucket of water. Give her the required items and she'll make you a bottle of Paste. If you don't have Yellow dye, you can also give her 5gp and 2 Onions to make you a bottle. You should then use this on the Wig to dye it yellow.

Make sure you have a piece of Soft clay, then head into the jail found southeast of Leela and talk to Lady Keli. Tell her that she's famous in RuneScape and then ask what her latest plan is. She'll tell you that she has a valuable prisoner and you should tell her that she must have been very skilful. Ask her if she's sure they won't try to get him out and she'll tell you that she has the only key to the cell and there's no way anyone will be able to get him out. Now ask if you can see the key and then if you can touch it to make an imprint of it in your Soft clay and obtain a Key print.
Note: Beware of the Jail guards (level 26) outside of the jail if you're a low level as they will be aggressive and you may need to try and lock them outside of the jail to talk to Lady Keli safely.
- Return to Osman in Al Kharid with the Key print and a Bronze bar and he'll take them from you and tell you that you can collect the copy of the key from Leela.

Talk to Leela again to obtain the Bronze key to Prince Ali's cell, then make sure you have 3 Beers and a Rope and talk to Joe inside the jail. Offer him a beer and you'll automatically hand him the 3 Beers in a row until receive a message that he's drunk and won't be a problem.

Now use your Rope on Lady Keli to tie her up and hide her in the closet and open the Prison Door to talk to Prince Ali. You'll give him the disguise and key, allowing him to escape.

Finally, return to Hassan in Al Kharid palace and he'll reward you for your help.
