This NPC can only be found if you have the Evolution of Combat fighting mechanics enabled. She will not be visible in Legacy mode.
She is themed based on various minigames. Both her name and her armor (Trickster gear) are centered around it.
If spoken to, she can tell you about the armor worn by those on the bench behind her, information and the location of several Minigames (Castle Wars, Soul Wars, Fist of Guthix, TzHaar Fight Pit, and Pest Control), as well as where the God Wars Dungeon and Mage Training Arena are located.
