A powerful - yet seemingly reasonable - Dragonkin.
Miscellaneous Information:
Kerapac is a Dragonkin researcher, the writer of the Dragonkin journals, and creator of the Queen Black Dragon. He plays the following roles in these quests:
  • One of a Kind - he will seek your help with Strisath before he will agree to assist you. In the end he will offer to help find a cure for what is afflicting Hannibus and the others of his kind.
  • Hero's Welcome - he can be seen fighting in a cut-scene.
  • Sliske's Endgame - he will join in the game and you are given the option to vouch for him. In the end of the quest, he will have his way with the Stone of Jas.
  • Curse of the Black Stone - he will be seen in a cut-scene before he gives you directions to one of his old laboratories, suggesting you will find answers there.
  • Desperate Times - he will assist you in re-attuning the Needle to fight against the Elder Gods. In the end you learn that he has slightly different plans than what he tells you.
  • Desperate Measures - he is on a mission to save his kin, at any cost.
