Vanescula is the main vyre contact during The Branches of Darkmeyer. She is the sister of Ranis Drakan. Despite being related, she wants to get rid of him as she feels he is a failure as leader of the vampyres.
During the quest she gives you a letter (Vanescula's offer) to give to Safaalan Hallow. She also brings your Mysterious medallion back to its full potential, changing into the Drakan's medallion, and tells you about it.
During Desperate Times, she is a member of the council called together. You can speak to her about the garden you wish to build for Bix. She will offer an area in the swamps to create it.
