Provides an extra 5% chance of saving a bar while Smithing an item that requires 3 or more bars if you've bought and read the Scroll of efficieny; Doubles the chance of obtaining a Strange rock (Smithing) and Golden rock (Smithing).
Notes:
Made by having Ilfeen or Eluned enchant a Crystal tool seed. This costs 7,500 coins at first, but decreases to 1,500 coins on the second enchant.
Alternatively, you can make one yourself by taking a Crystal tool seed and 150 Harmonic dust to the Singing bowl found just North of Lady Ithell in Prifddinas.
This hammer can save 28 bars before it will revert to a Crystal tool seed and need to be recharged.
You can augment this item by using an Augmentor to create Augmented Crystal hammer.
