Make your way to the Troll Stronghold and come to a cave entrance (Sabbot's cave). Enter the cave and leave it through the exit to the north. You will appear at the foot of the Trollheim mountain, which looks like a spiral. If you have 47 Agility, then you may use the shortcuts along the mountain to make it to the other side. If you do not have the required Agility level, then follow the spiral path to the top. Turn Protect from Missiles on and run past the Thrower trolls. When you have made it to the other side head northwest to the entrance of the Troll Stronghold.
Note: The easiest way to reach the Troll Stronghold is by using the Trollheim teleport spell (requires 61 Magic and completion of the Eadgar's Ruse quest). If you have not completed the quest, then teleport to Burthorpe Troll Invasion using a Games necklace and follow the route up the mountain (see image below).

Once inside, descend a set of stairs to the south and you will appear in the stronghold's kitchen. Go through the door to the north and then immediately into the room to the west. Near the southern wall you will find Ug, who is crying. Ask him why is he crying and to find out that he is in love with Aga, who unfortunately is in love with the aggressive troll called Arrg. Tell Ug that you will talk to Aga to help him.
Note: Beware of Mountain trolls (level 106 and 108) in the stronghold.

Go to the other end of the room and through the door to talk to Aga about her love life. She will tell you that if Arrg loves her, he will show it by bringing her a Trollweiss flower. Talk to Arrg, in the same room, to find that he does not love Aga and has no idea where to find the Trollweiss. Return to Ug, who will tell you that you need to speak to someone very experienced with the mountains to find out more about the Trollweiss.

Head to Freda's hut west of the Warriors' Guild. She will inform you that you need a Sled to reach the location where the Trollweiss flower grows. Ask her what is needed to make a Sled and she will then send you off to Dunstan to learn how to make one.
Note: The easiest way to reach Freda's hut is by using the Games necklace to teleport to Burthorpe Troll Invasion and walking west toward the mountains.

Speak with Dunstan at his black smith east of the castle in Burthorpe. He will agree to make you a Sled if you bring him an Iron bar, a Rope, and Yew or Maple logs. Hand him the items and he will give you a Sled (unwaxed). He will also tell you that it needs to be waxed. Use the Bucket of wax with the Swamp tar, whilst having a Cake tin in your inventory, to produce some Wax. Use it on the Sled (unwaxed) to make a Sled (waxed).

Travel back to Trollheim mountain and take the path leading to the northwest. Follow to path until you reach an impressive looking ice gate. Enter the cave to the west of the gate and exit it through the crevasse in the northwestern corner.
Note: Beware of the icy cold environment on your way to the cave because it may drain your run energy, lower your stats and deal some damage. Beware of Ice trolls (level 120-124) in the cave.

You will appear at the foot of the Trollweiss mountain. Head south and look for a slope. Ride the Sled (waxed) and slide down the slope.
Note: Beware of Ice wolves (level 108) at the foot the mountain.

When the ride is over, unequip the Sled (waxed). Head west to a flower bed and pick up one of the Trollweiss.

Return to Ug at the Troll Stronghold. Although he will accept the Trollweiss flower, he still cannot give it to Aga because he is afraid of Arrg. Ug will ask you to deal with Arrg. Before you proceed to the next step, prepare yourself to battle Arrg.
Note: The easiest way to reach the Troll Stronghold is by using the Trollheim teleport spell (requires 61 Magic and completion of the Eadgar's Ruse quest). If you have not completed the quest, then the easiest way to reach the Troll Stronghold is by equipping the Sled (waxed) and sliding down the slop to the south. When the ride has ended enter the cave to the south. Head to the northern end of the cave and leave it through the exit to the west. You will appear near Rellekka's coast. From there, travel south and east up the path, north of the Fremennik Slayer Dungeon's entrance. Follow that path and enter the secret door to the north to enter Troll Stronghold.

Go to the other end of the room and through the door. Tell Arrg(110) that you have come to kill him. He will take you outside to fight because it should not take place in front of a lady. You will appear at the troll fighting arena and the fight will commence. Arrg attacks with both melee (warhammer) and ranged attacks (throws rocks). It is advised that you keep switching between the Protect from Melee and Missiles prayers but keep an eye on your health because he can hit through your prayers.
Note: Arrg's melee attacks deal up to 370 damage and his ranged attacks up to 340 damage.

When Arrg has been defeated, talk to Ug to claim your reward.
