Red bead, White bead, Black bead and a Yellow bead. (Rather than killing imps for beads, you can simply buy them before starting the quest and give them to Wizard Mizgog to complete the quest as soon as you've started it).

60 Coins OR 30 Coins, an Explorer's ring 4 and Wicked hood (for the Wizard tower teleport).

Start Point:
Top floor of the Wizards' Tower, south of Draynor Village.
To Start:
Speak to Wizard Mizgog.
Instructions:
  1. Speak with Wizard Mizgog, on the floor of the Wizards' Tower, south of Draynor Village. He will tell you that a bunch of Imps have stolen his beads. Offer to help him.

  2. Now, if you've bought the beads you can give them to him to complete the quest or you must kill Imps to collect a Red bead, a White bead, a Black bead and a Yellow bead. A large number of Imps can be found around the volcano in Musa Point and near Falador's southern gate.

    Note: Beads are not consistently dropped by Imps, so you may have to kill several for a little while. You may also buy the beads from other players if you do not wish to waste time.

  3. Once you have collected the beads, head back to Wizard Mizgog to claim your reward.
