Start Point:
White Knights' Castle, located in the very center of Falador city.
To Start:
Speak to Sir Amik Varze on the third floor of the western tower in the White Knights' Castle in Falador.
Instructions:

Talk to Sir Amik Varze (found on the third floor of the western tower in the White Knights' Castle) and he will tell you that the Black knights are planning to destroy the White knights. He will ask you to spy on them. Accept his challenge.

If you haven't already obtained a Cabbage, the next place you need to go is the Monastery. It is located east of Ice Mountain on the way to the Black Knights' Fortress. When you reach it, go north and you will see some Cabbages. Pick at least two. Only one is needed but it is common to accidentally eat one.

Now, it's time to start your mission. Make sure you have the Bronze helm and the Iron chainbody. Go to the Black Knights' Fortress, located on the north side of Ice Mountain (see the inset map below). Put on the armor and open the Sturdy door in the central part of the fortress, facing the south. Once inside, you can put your normal armor on for extra defense.

Upon entering, push the fake wall directly in front of you and climb up the two ladders to get to the roof. Climb down the ladder located a bit to the southeast. Open the door on the east side and climb up the ladder. This room has two cannons and a Black knight. Climb down the ladder on the east side. You will now be in a room with a Chaos altar. Open the door on the west side of the altar and a Black knight will attack you. Either kill him or ignore him and climb the ladder on the southwest side. Now you will be in on a balcony.

Now you will start spying. Walk to the south end of the balcony and you will see a Grill on the east side. Click the option 'Listen-at Grill' and you will eavesdrop in on a conversation in the next room. A witch will say that the secret weapon is almost ready. She will need the last ingredient which is a Cabbage that grows on the grounds of Draynor Manor. She will say that if her goblin helper fetches the wrong cabbage, the secret weapon will be destroyed. That's your way to destroy the weapon!

Go back downstairs to the main entrance of the fortress. Make sure you have the Cabbages with you. To the east, click to 'Open' the door to the banquet hall where a lot of knights are gathered. Instead of the door opening, however, a guard will talk to you. He will say that the Black knights are having an important meeting and they will kill everyone who goes in. Say that you are brave, and go in.
One of the Black knights will attack you. Either kill him or immediately go up the ladder to the northwest. You are now on the outer wall of the fortress. Walk east and then south and push the wall. In the room you enter you will see a hole to the south, which happens to be directly over the witch's cauldron. Remember the Cabbage you picked? RIGHT-click it and use it on the hole. The cabbage will fall into the cauldron and destroy the weapon! Now your job is done.

Go back to Falador and talk to Sir Amik Varze. He will reward you.
