After hitting 34-45 points (any weapon), use the special attack of your Rod of Ivandis to "hold" the juvinate. Then use Guthix Balance Potion on the held Juvinate to either 1) kill him instantly, 2) free a human being who will reward you, or 3) turn him into a Vampyre juvinate (level 64). If you hit more than 45, the vampyre disappears in a mist.
