Spiritual warriors (Saradomin) are ghostly followers of Saradomin found in both the central room of the God Wars Dungeon and Saradomin's Encampment to the southeast, although climbing the wall to this area requires 70 Agility.
As long as you're using Magic and have a Saradomin item or Shard of Zaros equipped to prevent aggression, these warriors shouldn't pose too much of a threat to most players and can be easily killed.
