None, however an anti-dragon shield/antifire potions to get past the brutal green dragons are recommended if entering from the whirlpool.
Directions:
First of all, you need to access the Ancient Caverns, you gain the right to access these by making progress with your barbarian training. Once inside you can follow this map:

How to get to Kuradal's Dungeon
Quests Available in the Area:
None.
Nearest Bank:
Barbarian Assault Deposit Box, Fishing Guild, East Ardougne Bank, Seers' Village, and using the bank in Zanaris (using fairy rings.)
Nearest Landmark:
The Whirlpool, Barbarian Assault, Baxtorian Falls, and the Fishing Guild.
Nearest Other:
Kuradal.
