Turn you into a karamjan monkey when wielded in certain areas of the map. When in monkey form you cannot engage in combat. With greegree unequipped you will return to human form.

Notes:
Get a Monkey Talisman (from the store or talking to the Monkey Boy), kill any level 3 monkey or level 5 monkey on Karamja. Then take his bones, along with the talisman, to Zoonock in the underground cave with the falling rocks. He will enchant the talisman with the monkey bone you bring.
