  6. Once you have squeezed yourself through the gab, climb the cliff to the south and exit the cavern through the hole in the east wall.

    Cavern Exit

  7. When you have reached the surface, immediately head west of the cave to a small wall of rocks that you can climb over. Equip your Climbing boots and climb over the rocks. Continue traveling east climbing over some more rocks along the way until you reach the arena entrance.

    Arena Entrance

  8. Open the gate and talk to the troll named Dad (level 77). He will tell you that you need to fight him to continue on. Accept his challenge. Turn on Protect from Melee and attack him. If you do not have Protect from Melee on, he will frequently smash you against the nearby wall . Dad hits you for 70-110 and by being smashed against the wall you will take 150-350 damage. Those who wish to use Ranged or Magic attacks can find a safe spot near the gate.

    Dad

  9. Once he is nearly dead, he will ask you to stop. Recharge your prayer points if needed, as you will need your prayers later on. Leave the arena through the gates to the north and follow the path northwest until you come to a cave entrance. Enter the cave and leave it through the exit, just north of the entrance.

Note: If you do choose to kill him, you will be attacked by a Troll Spectator (level 94).

    Cave

  10. You will appear at the foot of the mountain called Trollheim, which looks like a spiral. Follow the path but stay on the outer part of the spiral. Once you notice a group of Thrower Trolls (level 77), turn Protect from Missiles on and run by.

Note:If you have 47 Agility, you may use the shortcuts along the mountain to avoid the Thrower Trolls.

    Thrower Trolls

  11. When you have made it past the Thrower Trolls (level 77), head further southwest until you reach a slope heading north. Go up the slope and into the cave to enter the Troll Stronghold.

    Troll

  12. Once inside run south past the Mountain Trolls (levels 75) until you come to a wooden door to the west. Run through the open door and enter the next section of the stronghold. Head north until you come to a Troll General (level 91). Turn on Protect from Melee and kill it to obtain the Prison key.

Note:You can use the curvings of the caves to trap the general in order to use Ranged or Magic attacks.

    Wooden Door and Troll General

  13. Leave the area through the same wooden door, and head all the way north to a staircase. Descend down the staircase to access the next floor of the stronghond. Upon arriving on the next floor you will see a prison cell to the east of the staircase. Open the cell door using the Prison key and go down the staircase inside.

    Stone Staircase and Prison Door

  14. Once on the third floor, walk south until you see a number of prison cells and two trolls. Attempt to pickpocket the trolls to obtain the Cell key 1 and Cell key 2. Use the Cell key 1 to free Godric, and Cell key 2 to unlock the door of Eadgar's cell. Accompany the escaping prisoners south to the stronghold exit.

Note: If you fail to pickpocket them, they will attack. The keys can also be obtained by killing the Trolls.

    Prisoners

  15. Once outside, head back to Burthorpe and speak to Dunstan in the smithy, northeast of Burthorpe Castle, to claim your reward.

Note: The easiest way to reach Burthorpe is by using the Burthorpe lodestone.
