Can somebody help me understand what's going on with the BGS? It's shooting up in price and I've heard it's to do with the combat update. Any predictions on what prices it might hit? Just wondering as I bought one just before the price increase! Thanks guys

Hopefully it reaches around 10mil like it was about a year ago, but it may drop off around 5-6mil

Hopefully! Apparently the godswords' stats are going to be equalled meaning that all prices should meet somewhere in the middle I guess

I think its rising because all godswords are meant to be equal so everyone is buying the cheapest godsword since it wont matter about the type of godsword in a couple of months time. Even though I think there is still going to be some sort of originality to each godsword. But we will have to see!

I heard they're taking away item specs, which was the whole edge the other GS had.

Well it's said to be a powerful weapon in the new combat system, and well people know that it will be a powerful weapon because they were originally made for that so right now tons of people are buying it because Jagex said in this post "http://services.rune...97,213,63761736"
that godswords are going to kickass. Basically they said that the special bar is going bye bye so well everybody thinks the godswords will be amazing.

No you cant use a AGS spec with claws. Claws are a pain currently, yes they are two-handed items, but in the new system we consider them "small" weapons so they cant use the AGS ability.

The 4 Godswords will all be effectively the same in the new system, they will have the same stats as each other, so the only difference between them will be cosmetic
