If you are referring to your Vent account then I think it is because they had to delete all of the old ones because of the site hacking. I just applied for a new account. Hope I helped

Everyones account has been locked at the moment and you will have to contact a Ventrillo staff member over the forum to get your password reset. Its just incase the people who hacked the forums have kept hold of some of the ventrillo passwords, and would obviously use them later to disrupt the RuneHQ Ventrillo with the use of other peoples accounts.
