Sumurai8 : (Feb 26, 2015, 4:51 PM) Jordan must consider himself hereby tickled.
Bazzy : (Feb 26, 2015, 4:33 PM) Announcement: I have so many achieveables
Alfawarlord : (Feb 26, 2015, 11:36 AM) The shoutbox is for announcements, saying hi/bye etc. If you have question post a topic, that's the point of a forum
Squiggly Toes : (Feb 26, 2015, 11:31 AM) I know - I said imagine :)
Bazzy : (Feb 26, 2015, 11:28 AM) *facepalms* this is not a chat box, it is a shout box.
Squiggly Toes : (Feb 26, 2015, 11:26 AM) You imagine if this became the chat box, the shout box is where the adverts are ^_^ this box would become so social :D Sorry, I have zipped my mouth on this topic within this box :P
Bazzy : (Feb 26, 2015, 11:13 AM) IRC is a dedicated chat server, we use an off site client to run it for you, whilst it still remains hosted on site. Having it open in a separate tab keeps it accessible
Lilroo503 : (Feb 26, 2015, 11:11 AM) Don't enter a password and click to join anyway. If that's still not good enough for you, might I suggest posting a topic http://www.runehq.co...dback-and-help/
Squiggly Toes : (Feb 26, 2015, 11:04 AM) I think that chat box link is a totally different site?? You have to log into it :/ HQ needs a assessable chat box, while roaming the forums.
Rinarth : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:44 AM) ohi Super :D
Rinarth : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:44 AM) *zapper is now active* :P
Super Fly : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:43 AM) *shouts*
Lilroo503 : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:42 AM) If you click the "Chat" link in the nav, that opens a chat box without the need for any extra IRC clients. I think that's what you were suggesting?
Squiggly Toes : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:27 AM) yes, but I feel within this site a chat box would work wonders - I'm not sure if it's been done before?
Rinarth : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:19 AM) and clan chat ingame.
Rinarth : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:19 AM) We've got the ShoutBox, and then we've got IRC for chat.
Squiggly Toes : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:17 AM) Hello HQ :) I feel we need a chat box ^_^
Bazzy : (Feb 26, 2015, 10:03 AM) What is and isn't allowed should be taken based on how staff members use the shoutbox.
Sumurai8 : (Feb 26, 2015, 7:52 AM) And reading the shoutbox over the past day and a half...

Hey all, I'm sure many of you have tried out the new update in Lumbridge. Gathering tears at the battle field can be a tedious task... does anybody know a way outside of the battlefield that will get the most Divine Tears?

Some people say runecrafting, others say fishing or woodcutting. What do you think?

I seem to get a lot of them when I skill (fishing, mining, farming etc...) You can also get them in monster drops. I just did a turoth slayer task and got about 100 or so fairly quickly.

From what I have seen, you get divine tears based on the frequency of experience gain, rather than the total gain, since I got 75k hunter XP in 1k chunks without a single tear, and then 75k Runecrafting XP in smaller chunks (from the Runespan) and got 60 tears. Due to this, I would recommend using things like maples and willows, rather than yews and magics if you are woodcutting. Ivy is also likely to give good tear rates.

I, PK_not_OK, hereby pledge to never support known gold selling sites. I will not buy any gold or items from any shady dealers. I will not use a bot, nor by my silence allow friends or acquaintances to believe that I support botting or gold selling in general. I will be part of the solution.

Bots R going down! :D

Yeah I tried doing air runes with my enchanted hood, and didn't get that much (thought it was by quantity of items not exp). Then I did bloods and baaamm many more came!

I'm gunna try some fishing later on to se how it compares to woodcutting

Woodcutting and RuneCrafting seem to give a fair chunk for me

Has anyone tried Runespan yet?

And I found that only some forms of fishing give tears. For example, powerfishing in Barbarian Village does not!

I did concentrated gold mining in the living rock caverns for around 300 tears an hour. It's also nice mining xp.

Hello, this topic has been locked. There are many possible reasons for this...
  • the question you are asking has been answered,
  • you may have posted in the wrong forum,
  • the topic could be degenerating into/has already started a flame war,
  • the posts were straying too far from the original topic.

Your topic may have also expired. This means that no one has posted on it for a while, and it would be better to start a new topic to keep the conversation fresh.

This list of reasons that your topic may have been closed is given instead of a specific reason because moderators have the option to close multiple topics at once, with this standard reply added to the topic. This is much faster than closing multiple topics manually, and gives us more time for our other work.

If you have any further questions as to why this topic was closed, let me encourage you to check the FAQs, and to PM me if you do not find the answer there.

Have a nice RuneHQ day. :D
