If you do a quest you are no longer needed to pay. I cannot remember which one it is, honestly.

all the desert quests obviously but im looking for others that req you to go to the desert but dont actually take place in the desert

I know that Kilv. But there's a certain quest like Saving Prince Ali so you can gt into AL kHarid for free after the quest where you don't need to pay using Shanty Passes.

so shattered hearts or the other ozan quest since those are new they wouldnt have ever had a shanty pass req and therefore dont need to be changed and prince ali rescue was removed and replaced by the ozan quests so noneed to change it either and that was the one that allowed you into al karid for free so yeah still dont know what you are driving at

My point was that a single quest allows you to go through the Shanty Pass for free after the quest is complete. Which is why I bought up the Prince Ali Rescue, because it allows you into Al Kharid for free instead of paying 30 gp hen you go through Lumbridge. These all before the revmping and quest changes. So, you looking up all the quests requiring you to go to the desert through the Shanty Pass is kinda a waste of time. Because if the quest is listed, you wont need Shanty Passes. No offence intended, of course.
