The paint stand in your house is used to make heraldic armor and banners. This had a lot of attention back when it first came out because it recolored armor to look a certain way depending on your crest. As of recently (or a while back really) the heraldic armor stand/banner stand has lost use. People don't use it so much seeing as the crests aren't too interesting anymore.
A couple suggestions for that, add some more crests for recent quests or other important events, and even give the option of making clan armor, redoing the armor in the colors of your clan and maybe even adding a tabard on the armor like the original black/addy/rune heraldic sets used to do. This could definitely give some customization for clans. You could also have the station be able to be built in the citadel, giving F2P access to the clan coloring feature since they can't access POHs.

This sounds like a really good idea! 
It would be awsome to have clan armours. It would give clans more of a uniqueness in a sense. Also,F2P don't have acess to citadels,so that last part wouldn't work. 
But,I think that it would be great if Jagex added this to the game!

Would different options be enabled by playing the SoF or through Runecoins?
