I'm not sure about most countries, but in the US we have the whole month of October dedicated to breast cancer awareness and most businesses allow people to wear pink shirts as part of their uniform or pin a little pink flag to their shirt as a reminder to everyone about the importance of breast cancer awareness.

With this in mind, I thought about wearing a Pink Cape for the entire month of October instead of the normal skill capes, fire capes, kiln capes, etc. that we normally wear every day in game. If anyone wishes to participate in this I will buy a stock of pink fremennik cloaks if anyone wants a free one (or if you want to go to the GE to get one that is fine also).

If you decide you want to participate and want a free pink cape you can pm me in game as I keep my private chat on now, or in the clan chat.

Can it be any pink cape? Or do we need to match so that people know that we're part of the group supporting it?

Well what I was going for was the pink colored Fremmy cloak for members and the regular cape colored pink for f2p. But if you want to wear a team cape or whatever else you can find I don't mind. I'm not going to get bent out of shape because so and so's cape doesn't match mine lol. The message I want to get across is basically the same as you would normally, just through the RuneScape community.

A certain milestone cape is pink. 70+ I believe. Luckily, that's my best milestone cape.

Oh I was thinking of the 70+ cape.

But it's probably better to use the fremennik one. Nobody has any reason to wear them, so it would be more noticeable to see a lot of people wearing them.

well I was just generally going for a cape that anyone of any level can wear, but if you want to use the 70+ milestone cape that is perfectly fine as well

I support it, and just thought about it, an easy and nice lookin' pink cape for F2P is the Herald Cape recolored . That one would look nice redone for that .

I seen someone has already organized and completed a cancer awareness walk through W60. That is something I actually was wanting to attempt to do, but wasn't sure the best route to organize it. So instead of doing it on a member's only world, what I want to do is do the same thing, but on W61 since that is RuneHQ's f2p home world. I'd like to allow f2p players the opportunity to walk around the entire area. So if a member of the Events Team notices this post, if you could help me organize this I think it will be a success

Edit: I found out the guy is going to host another cancer walk, this time on a f2p world. I'm currently trying to contact him to see if he wants to combine events. Will post further details later.

There is an option for pink hair. It's pink with darker pink tinted in. Fish gave me a good idea with pink afros from party pete.
