Yes you can. If you're not doing the work, then it's considered macroing.

If you want easy alcing, try using mouse keys.

This is kinda like a bot, only thing different is that you don't use a script.
This is illegal and is considering cheating, and I will not advice you to use such a thing.

Yeah, pretty much everytime you have to ask if it's agianst the rules, it's gonna be.

Just use mouse keys like the above said. Google them if you don't know what they are.

Yep. You could and should be banned if you auto click on things like alching. There are legit ways that make alching easier though, such as sticky keys, so instead of clicking your mouse you can just tap a key on your keyboard repeatedly. Probably easier on your hand muscles to do that xD

Using an Auto Clicker on Runescape is considered as a breach of the rules under the macroing(botting) and if caught you will suffer the same as if you were caught using any other bot. I heavily advise against it if you wish to keep you account.
