Strategies:
During Plague's End you start the Ardougne Revolution against the Mourners in West Ardougne and must take over their headquarters by killing all of the Mourners inside, including the Head Mourner. Once all of the Mourners (level 85) in the basement are dead, enter the Head Mourner's office and attack him, but be aware that he can hit fairly hard for his level, especially if you happen to be only wearing Mourner equipment at the time. Once his health his down to 0, you can choose to spare his life or kill him.
